Covers well but I just wish you did a dark brown with less red in it
Cool in colour not warm
Our 3/0 is from the standard 'neutral' shades (that's what the 0 after the 3 means) then they either go warmer or cooler from that point. We just have that one in the depth of colour which is the 3, but it's something we can definitely take into consideration for the future. We really appreciate this, thanks so much for sharing Sally.
Colours well and is fairly long lasting. My hair is shinier and smoother using this natural product- no frizz

The colour comes out o.k. and I was satisfied with that. However, the mixture was not easy to apply, sticky, not ideal. And I also felt 90 minute to be an extremely long time. So on reflection I won't try this product again. Many thanks.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you liked the colour, but sorry to hear you've had a bit of trouble with the application. The formula should be a lovely warm foamy consistency - I will reach out privately to you to see if we can help. It is a longer development time without the ammonia, resorcinol and peroxide mixed in, but that means it's much gentler - I usually potter about doing other jobs. Warm wishes, Justine
